Vinification: grapes are harvested strictly by hand.
After crushing and destemming, the fermentation is in
stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature on
grapes’ peels for 10 days.
Aging: Until late spring in stainless steel tanks,
then bottled two months before releasing for consumption.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: ruby red
Perfume: intense, with wonderful complexity and
elegance: currant, black cherry, cherry and blackberry,
plum with a background of balsamic. In the final, a light
undergrowth scent enhances its delicacy.
Taste: fresh, with a pleasant roundness and a very gentle
tannic note, which characterizes it. A wine of great elegance
and finesse, worthy heir to his world fame.
