Grape-growing region: a mix of partly volcanic and partly clay.
Growing system: Verona pergola and guyot.

Harvest time: end of September.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested strictly by hand. Soft pressing and crushing in reduction and immediate cooling of the must. Fermentation in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks, at low temperature, with a rest on the fine lees.
Aging: Until the end of the winter in the steel tanks, for two months
in bottle before serving it.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: Light straw yellow
Perfume: very intense and aromatic. The Bossolo, the tomato leaf, the balsamic, characteristic of Sauvignon, blend elegantly with the white flowers, the mineral and the citrus, spring wild violet in the finish.
Taste: fresh and energetic, taste of citrus and minerality, inviting.
