Vinification: the grapes harvested exclusively by hand. Soft grapepressing and immediate must cooling. The fermentation has done on the steel tank at low and controlled temperature, with permanence on the lees. Charmat method sparkling wine at low temperatures and under control, 60 days.
Aging: for two months in bottle before serving it
TASTING NOTES:
Color: delicate rosé
Perlage: fine and very persistent
Nose: exuberant and complex, it starts with a mixture of raspberries, roses, blueberries and currants, to finish with notes of tropical fruit such as mango, pineapple, papaya and lime.
Taste: the aromatic note reappears with elegance. Fresh and intriguing, savoury. Worthy representative of the originality of the blend that two noble wines have been able to express
